Billing counts whole hours from start, per started hour. On Perf that's $0.30.

Not a reduced rate. $0. Your worlds stay, as many as you like; only running ones bill. Credits are prepaid and never expire: no subscription, no minimum, nothing renews. Unused credits are refundable.
Nobody gets kicked.
The session keeps running and the balance dips below zero until the next top-up. To start a server you need at least an hour's worth of credit: the starter's balance or the owner's counts.
The friend pays, if they can.
If their balance covers it, it comes from theirs. If not, the world owner pays.

Anyone with the server link can top up. It goes to the owner's balance.
